May 26, 2016 the company "ALSI-Chrom" held a seminar on "Ensuring food quality and safety in accordance with international standards"
We thank all participants for their interest and attention to this event.
The seminar was attended by analytical chemists, experts of quality evaluation of laboratories, departments, enterprises and organizations of the food, the oil and fat industry, and the agricultural complex.
The seminar covered topics such as the new requirements in the field of standardization, metrology, accreditation of laboratories, the use of analytical equipment for the analysis of food quality and safety in accordance with international standards, the term "validation" of the analytical equipment and measurement procedures.
Also, attention was paid to the issues of sample preparation, choice of consumables to instruments from different manufacturers.
